Ocean First returns to one of our favorite places in the South Pacific; Fiji! This time around we have a truly speical adventure planned and can not wait to share the magic! During the winter months (July - September) humpback whales migrate from Antarctica to eastern Fiji (Lau Islands) and Tonga to give birth in the warm, shallow waters. Curious calves, protective mothers, and rowdy bulls entertain snorkelers with fluke and tail slaps, eye-spotting, and exuberant breaches! All whale encounters are snorkeling only and these majestic creatures are not afraid to get close! While on board the Nai’a live aboard certified divers will also have the opportunity to dive on the nearby reefs. Our trip also includes Ocean First Education's exclusive Marine Mammal ecology course! You will learn incredible facts about the whales you will be in the ocean with for a truly remarkable experience.

The Nai'a has earned the reputation for being one of the most sought-after live aboards in the world with top-notch customer service, great food, and comfortable accommodations. There is no better way to experience the beauty of the Fijian Islands and to get around the numerous islands. Join Ocean First on this once in a lifetime adventure that will stay with you forever!
