
Learn about the wonders of the underwater world through experiments, crafts, and activities. Improve swim technique and safety in and around the water through a half-hour swim lesson every day. Created for 4-8 year olds. Camps will be located at Ocean First.

Let your imagination soar, from guided nature walks and team building activities to beginner mountain biking and family yoga in the wild. All activities are tied to environmental education in our outdoor classroom. Our knowledgeable staff will take you on a unique adventure that is designed and customized to your family’s specific interests. Single-day experiences can be adapted to suit most ages. Experiences are located at our satellite site up Flagstaff Road.

Suitable for children ages 4 and up, but specifically geared towards ages 4-9. We have created this content with the intention of interaction, and encourage adults and children to learn and participate together.

Join in on a 45 minute online yoga session led by Ocean First's swim director, Kathryn, a 200 RYT yoga instructor. These family friendly, all levels classes will include modifications so anyone can join!
Wednesday’s classes are all levels flow.
Friday's classes are an all levels deep stretching focus.
