TIDES in the Bahamas

10 TIDES Students from Alexander Dawson School traveled to the Bahamas to put their scuba diving and marine science knowledge to the test! As part of the Ocean First TIDES program, they were scuba certified by Mark Duvall and were able to conduct scientific research with Dr. Mikki McComb-Kobza from Ocean First Institute. Students were able to measure sharks with lasers and add their data to the Institute's global database.
